A recognizable organization. A welcoming destination. A practical plan to keep both moving.
Michael, your brochure, research and strategic plan point to the same opportunity: help people understand what downtown offers, make it easier to visit, and give the Main Street organization a clear public voice.
Create the organization's logo and a consistent look after its name is selected. Connect it to Borough heritage without confusing the nonprofit with Borough government.
Bring businesses, events, parking, visitor information and program resources together. Build on your existing Visitors Guide rather than starting over.
The website includes business listing access requests, events submitted for approval and a showcase for available commercial spaces.
Publish useful downtown articles and social content after launch, with an agreed calendar, review process and website support.
The mountains bring people here. Main Street gives them a reason to stay.
Visitors come to the Poconos to hike, explore, raft and unwind. Downtown Stroudsburg can be part of that trip, not the place they discover on the way home.
Find breakfast, coffee, local shops and a simple parking guide. Make downtown a starting point, not an afterthought.
Connect trails and regional attractions to dinner, arts, entertainment and an evening on Main Street.
Introduce upcoming events, independent businesses, history and family-friendly stops. Give residents and visitors a reason to check back.
Your guide already pairs a map with 53 numbered listings, parking, events and the message “Where Main Street Meets the Mountains.” We will organize that foundation online, review the information and make it easier to browse on a phone.
Pocono Excursions · Identity and visitor-facing print.

Distinct enough to be recognized. Connected enough to belong.
Once the organization selects its name, we will develop a cohesive identity that carries from the website to future brochures, campaigns and community materials.
These are reference colors from the supplied Borough guide, not a finished nonprofit palette. We will explore additional accent colors and fonts during design.
A main logo, alternate layouts and a small version for social profiles, with guidance on when to use each.
Colors that draw from the Borough guide, with fresh accents and easy-to-read fonts for headings and everyday text.
Custom brand patterns and a consistent look for page layouts, photos and promotional materials.
A practical PDF explaining how to use the logos, colors, fonts and supporting artwork, along with the finished design files.
Color variations, logo arrangements and a connected identity family.

Visitor information, organization resources and business participation in one website.
An initial directory based on the guide's 53 entries, reviewed for current details and appropriate reuse. Organize businesses by useful visitor categories.
A calendar and news area managed by the organization that make activities, business stories and program updates easy to find.
A comprehensive parking guide, reviewed directions and connections between downtown and regional experiences. Publish confirmed details, not assumed rates or live availability.
Mission, vision, board information and approved program documents, including strategic plans and reports supplied by the organization.
Clear menus, readable text and straightforward forms. We will check the agreed pages and forms to help people with disabilities use the site, including people who rely on a keyboard or software that reads the page aloud.
Show your team how to update the agreed pages, business listings and calendar, with instructions to refer to later. Define who supplies and approves information.
Clementine Home Care · Two sides of one coordinated brochure.

Included in the complete website, with your team in control.
Business owners can request access to their existing listings. Your team checks each request before allowing the owner to update the agreed details.
People can send event details through an online form. Your team reviews each submission before it appears on the public calendar.
Real estate professionals can receive their own accounts to submit available commercial spaces. Your team confirms the property details before publication.
Supporters and member businesses can join, pay and renew online, with member-only content for the people who keep the program running.
As the program matures, we can review and price additions together, such as more detailed interactive maps and connections to other services the board may want later. These sit outside this quote so the launch stays focused.
Career Ready Monroe · Family, business and internship outreach.

PDC guidance made visible through useful content and clear organization.
Make businesses, commercial vacancies and relevant support resources easier to find. Connect public information to the program's Business-Ready strategy.
Develop a coherent identity and readable visitor experience. Carry the same visual language across approved future materials.
Connect events, local stories and visitor planning. Support the Poconos Cultural Hub and Community Connector strategies.
Publish the mission, leadership, plans and reports. Give volunteer and partner information a clear home as approved content becomes available.
The program's four transformation strategies are distinct from the Main Street Four Points: Laying a Foundation, Poconos Cultural Hub, Community Connector and Business-Ready. The website and ongoing communications can support both approaches.
Supplied five-year strategic plan; PDC CRA Web & Social 2026, pp. 6 and 16; PDC CRA Branding 2026; Pelham Advisors survey memo, March 16, 2026.
The survey's 670 responses included 62.56% requesting additional parking. This resident-heavy sample should not be treated as a measure of all tourists. PDC's 80/20 community-building/promotional content recommendation informs tone, not a requirement for recognition or accreditation.
